Personality: Despite the meaning of Dakarai’s name, which is Happy, he’s not a very happy tom at all. He puts on a fake smile to not get the higher ranks mad at him. He’s a rather lonely tom, trying to figure out still, just who he is, and he’s still unclear on that. He gets lost a lot in his own thoughts when not tending to the family. When something is wrong, he’ll try to figure things out for himself, as he feels no one would really care about him anyway, he is great at making friends, because of his fake smile and fake easy-going personality, but that doesn’t mean he finds them close, not until someone really finds out what’s going on through that head of his. He wants to find friends exactly like that, to figure out what is really going on with him, someone he can share his troubles with and that would be okay with his lonely and saddened personality. He wants a best friend more than anything else, he rather have a best friend then a mate. His life goal, is to figure out just what kind of tom he is, where does he fit, does he even belong, questions he hope working for the nobles/royal family, will answer for him.

Brief backstory: Dakarai was born to Amunent and Akiiki, his mother was a pure singapura cat while his father was an Abyssinian. Despite this though, only his elder sister (Aziza) is an Abyssinian, his younger sister (Bahiti) is a mixture between both breeds yet he is not. Azizia and Dakarai are from the same litter, a litter of four, Dakarai was the last one born but his two elder siblings, were still borns. His parents depressed about loosing two kits, brought a new life shortly after of a different litter, though, his mother was sick and weak from before and she died shortly after birth, but had enough strength in her to name the kits. The only survivor was Bahiti, who is now Dakarai’s younger sister.
After the depressing moment of his life, Aziza and Dakarai found that their father was tending more to Bahiti and not to them, thus, they were angered by this and were constantly fighting. After moons and moons of fighting, they finally calmed down but Dakarai and his elder sister, were no longer close to their father. Bahiti stayed close with all of them however.
When Dakarai turned two years, their father finally snapped, angered, claiming that the first litter was the reason to why their mother no longer was alive and he attacked Aziza. The siblings and Akiiki battled before the fight finished and Akiiki left with Bahiti. Aziza and Dakarai stood alone and that is when Dakarai decided that, to prove his father wrong that he wasn’t useless, he was going to go work under the nobles/royal family as a servant.

Akiiki: “I hate him! I hate him so much I wish he’d just die! How can be so foolish, so selfish to think that me and my sister were the cause of mother’s death. It could have never happened! If mother were alive, she’d knock sense into him”

Aziza: “Aziza is my elder sister, also the only survivor remaining in the litter mother first have. I really like her, and I’m close with her, I just wish she could see how lonely I am, but, like everyone else, because I put up a fake smile, she thinks I’m happy”

Bahiti: “I really miss my younger sister, she was so sweet and lovable, but of course, my father had to take her away. I hope she’s okay, I would be devastated if something happened to her. After all, I am her older brother”

Odion: "Tom's sort of interesting, seems quite like me, don't know enough about him to really decide if we can be friends"

Fawzia: "I think I've developed a crush, she's the first girl I have ever met that's not related to me. She's pretty and I love when I manage to make her laugh, I can always feel my heart beating, what's wrong with me?"

Ren: "A slave I found, I was just exploring really! My curiosity got the better of me! At first he really annoyed me, then once I helped him find his earring, he seemed to get more friendly with him. I hope whoever his master is, he'll be okay..."

// Tabia: "She's a maid at the palace, she's really nice and playful and we get along really well, a lot better then others. I'm not quite sure what sort of perspective I think of her, but I want to talk to her more..."

Xerxes: "I like to consider him a friend, he was very helpful to me, but I'm not sure if he feels the same way to me. I hope though, I can talk to him again next time I visit the temple"


Role-play Example:
The night of Egypt was quiet, everything was quiet, a bit, too quiet for the tastes of one tom. The ones he worked for had fallen asleep already, in fact, the palace seemed dead, everyone soundly sleeping but the singapura tom just couldn’t get a wink of sleep. Whether that was because his mind was thinking about something else, or, it was just one of those days when your body wasn’t ready to sleep, was just ready to have fun. The tom didn’t know. His green eyes looked around at the night sky, the dark blue almost black kind of sky that seemed to be able to go on forever. How long would forever be? Until a cat dies, or, would that still not be long enough? The tom shook his head. Why was he thinking about things like this? It was utterly stupid and useless he found. Turning on his paws, the tom turned to walk back to where the other servants slept but, he just had to look, one more time, over his shoulder. As he did, a memory came into his head from when he was a kit, maybe a bit older, when his family was happy. The small light coloured tom smiled lightly, looking down at where he stood. He wondered how his sister, Bahiti, was doing now with his father. Were they getting enough to eat? Were they having fun? How long until they’d come back for him? “Dakarai....” whispered the tom, saying his own name, he made sure not to be loud to not wake up anyone else. “That’s my name” he slowly shook his head, having no idea what he was thinking about. “Aziza always made fun of it, calling me ‘Daka’ or ‘Dakary’” he then raised his head back to the midnight like sky, it was getting darker. “Speaking of which, how is Aziza doing? She hasn’t visited me in a while” he mused quietly. “hmm...Aziza, you’re such a fool” he said, insulting his sister before he turned in to sleep, there were long days ahead of him.

Appearance (for a guide): Singapura cats are known for their large eyes and large ears, yet are rather small breeds, with a small body but long legs and semi-long thin tails. They are a short breed. Daraki has rather large (larger than the norm.) green eyes with large ears. Coming up shortly above his eyes is a dark brown, it goes down his back (a little on his flanks too) and down his tail but ends at his tail bracket. He has lighter shades of brown along his face, flank and the rest of his tail. The very tip of his tail (beyond the tail bracket) is black. Some parts (Back of legs) are a light shade of grey that blend into the colour of his underbelly, legs, paws and part of his chest which is a light shade of brown that it almost looks yellow.
The necklace is rather long on him, as it originally belonged to a slightly taller cat (stated below) but he doesn’t trip on it, on it is a purple fake gem stone. He had a tail bracket near the tip of his tail which is a rosy-pink type colour. The bracelet he wears is all full of fake gems. A mere bracelet with four gems (one in which you can not seen) woven together by reeds his parents found long ago by accident.

Additional Information:
- The bracelet Dakarai has, he had from a little kit, given to him by his parents, the necklace and tail bracket he believes were once the pharaoh’s but since they were fake, he refused to have it and thus, Dakarai took them in, however, it was so long ago, that memory is rather foggy
- Memories he wishes to forget, or that happened so long ago become foggy in his mind, thus, it’s harder for him to pull it back out to remember.
- Darkarai’s name means Happy, Aziza means Precious and Bahiti means Fortune, all names that when little, fit them, though now, they are slowly not
- Darkarai is very overprotective of his sister Aziza, he looks up to her, wanting to be just like her, she however, does not know this
- By June (our time) he’ll be 3 years

Phew! Finally done, all this information took me over an hour to type up, aha xD
Anyway this is my new character for I hope I get accepted!
I am very sorry about the app’s quality, because I am unable to scan my image and then put it onto the app (without making it look ugly) I had to print off the app, but, my colour ink is dying and ma refuses to change it until it’s fully out. When she changes the ink cartridge, I’ll reprint the app and edit that part.
