Description

Earth Tribe, Nedaki
A roleplay between me and *KitsaniCat there were some parts that another roleplayer came in but a vast majority was just us two RPing. It was really fun, the first roleplay I've ever done in TGB.
I'm sorry that Kristla's colours are off, I was relying off memory, a black and white reference and I had limited colours ^^; but I tried
Kristla (c) *KitsaniCat
Nadeki, Art (c) ME
Rui has his own owner, I forgot the Rper's user though

Here's the RP:

[Green-blue/Nedaki/Moonfish Lake] Nedaki was by himself after mining, his brown pelt looked darker then usual, almost like a black and the black spots along his body, seemed to be hidden almost entirely. He stopped at the border of the Moonfish Lake, shaking his pelt to try and get some of the dirt and dust from mining off his pelt. He hissed in frustration as it wasn’t coming off and he didn’t want to lick his pelt, it would taste disgusting! The tom sighed in frustration, slowly shaking his head before seeing Moonfish lake. The tom glanced around with his green eyes, no one seemed to be around, that he could see. No one of any of the tribes, or his own. Smiling to himself, he padded towards the lake. He knew the rumors, of the extremely deep lake and cats should be careful but that didn’t scare the large tom. He was large, his breed was large, probably one of the largest breeds ever so a little rumor was going to scare him. Once at the water, he stared at his reflection, blinking his green eyes slowly before dipping his paws into the water, the dirt washed off immediately. “Perfect, I can get cleaned off here” he meowed to himself.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] From a little ways away, the kitten watched the other feline in curiouse wondering. She wondered where it was that such EarthTribe felines went that they got all dirty. Surely her Tribe never did this! She tilted her head, her blue eyes sparkling in curiousity as she wrapped her tail around her paws. Normally this would've been perfectly normal; aside from the fact that the fluffy feline sat atop of the lake. "Why are you so dirty?" Her high, bell-like voice ringed innocently from where she sat on the water, her tattoo glowing dully. she tried not to show it, but she was growing fatigued as she focused on holding her powers that held her above the water. She had been practicing her abilities for when she becomes an apprentice; Walking on water was the easiest thing a water-Triber needed to learn, so she was practicing. But then, spotting the Earth-Triber, she couldnt help but speak to him out of simple curiousity, weather he was part of the rebellion or not.

[Green-Blue/Nedaki/Moonfish Lake] As Nedaki got deeper into the water, to the belly fur, his hind legs were still out on the land, in case he did fall in. Sure, he could swim, but not that well! That was something a watertribe cat was good at, definitely not him. His full concentration was broken when he heard a voice, a high voice, almost like a bell call out to him. He stumbled back slightly, as he was safer, felt more comfortable on the earth and the adolescent large tom looked around for the voice. He narrowed his green eyes, to see farther, before spotting a cat sitting their on the lake. Not falling in! How peculiar to him! Although he seemed to be older then her, especially as he could faintly see his tattoo, he had never seen a cat walking on water. And if he did, it must have been a time where he couldn’t remember. Nedaki opened his mouth to speak, before remembering that Water-Tribe was part of the alliance but he shrugged it away. No harm talking to a kit. He turned to her, ready to answer her question. “I was mining for rocks, like diamonds and other things” he called out, having to speak rather loudly as they were far away from each other.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla giggled, a soft amused sound. "Now why would anyone want to do that? It sounds like an awful lot of work," She huffed tilting her head again. "You must be an Earth-Triber." She remarked, her face stretching into a smile in hopes that all earth tribe apprentices were as kind as Flash had been. She flicked her tail, rising to her paws and trotting closer so she didnt have to yell, and also padding quietly to the shore, letting out a tired huff as her Tattoo ceased to glow. "Walking on water gives me headaches," She admited with an embaressed smirk.

[Green-Blue/Nedaki/Moonfish Lake] Nedaki stepped back as Kristla came closer, finally landing on shore and her tattoo faded. Nedaki looked at her oddly, as if he had just seen an odd looking fish. His mouth, was expressionless but his eyes carried confusion and a slightly-weirded out look. Generally, he hated talking to cats, even cats of his own tribe but then again, those cats kept trying to get into his personal business, trying to learn more about him and his past. As long as she didn’t try to do it, he’d be pretty comfortable around her. “Well, the same question I’d ask to you” he responded, sitting down and spreading apart his front legs, so he could lower his head to her. She was definitely smaller then him. “Why do you stand and sit on water when it’s a lot of work for you?”

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] The she-cat flicked her tail, rolling her eyes slightly as if it was totally obviouse. "If I dont practice my powers I'll never get good at them," She pointed out with a smirk. She raised a small paw, running her tongue over it swiftly, her quartz bracelet bumping the side of her face. She hadnt gotten used to it, but hoped the Earth-Triber didnt bring it up. She would hate to get Flash in trouble! The delicate Pink-Water flicked her ear as she noticed she had to look up at the tom. I dont think I have ever met anyone I didnt have to look up to talk to, She realised. Kristla shrugged, couldnt miss being tall if she never was. Maybe when she was a apprentice she would grow taller! The idea made her laugh inwardly.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/Moonfish Lake] Nedaki twitched his whiskers. A she-cat who thinks she’s the best huh? he assumed, as that’s how she was acting. He left it like that though, not stating anything. He noticed the bracelet around the kit and brought his head closer to look at it. He blinked, it looked a bit familiar, but he couldn’t remember why. Nedaki shrugged to himself, straightening up to his full, sitting height. “Maybe so, and what perhaps, do you want those powers to be used for?” he questioned with the slight tilt of the head.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Following his gaze to the stone clapsed around her wrist, the kit quickly lowered her paw, answering his question with an uneasy mew. "Just to be the best WaterTribe cat I can be, I guess..." She shrugged, looking past the tom over the sparkling lake. She flicked her ear, turning her blue eyes back to the Earth tom. She wondered in the back of his mind why he seemed to... withdrawn. Was she that much of a pain to talk to? Or was she being judged based on the curly pink Tattoo etched perminently onto her shoulder.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/MoonFish Lake] “That’s a good goal,” Nedaki said with a nod, he looked down and sighed. He hadn’t finished his washing! Half his pelt was clean, revealing how he really looked and the other half was still full of dirt. “Give me a moment uhh…” he realized he didn’t know her name. He didn’t ask though, figuring, since they were on opposite sides. Alliance against Rebellion, that she wouldn’t tell him. However, he moved and sat down in the water, careful not to really fall in. He got up a moment later and padded back out, shaking his pelt to get all the water droplets out. Once he finished, he padded back over to the smaller she-cat. “Uhh…so…will you tell me your name? Or will I just have to call you ‘WaterTribe Kit?’ and I doubt you’d want me to call you that” the large Ocicat said with a small chuckle.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla chuckled. "I'f only I could lift water and splash you with it," She flicked her tail with a devilish smirk. She blinked and tilted her head as he asked her what she wished to be called. "You can call my Silver," She spoke simply, silently not trusting the new feline enough to let him know her true name. Besides, he was part of the rebellion, her Tribemates would have her tail if she went around telling everybody. She already got hell from her own friend, Vitani, for telling her name to Flash. It was stupid really, cats trying to hide their names. But hey, she didnt make the rule and she had no right to break it.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/MoonFish Lake] Nedaki blinked at the first comment she made and he swayed his tail as he sat down, placing his front paws in front of him, he gave no response back, only waited to see what she was going to say next. “Awe and I really wanted to call you ‘WaterTribe Kit’” he joked, mostly to himself as he gazed up at the clouds before looking back down at the kit. “Well, you can call me Chaneko” he stated with a nod. That wasn’t his true name, not even close but he had been told because of this rebellion thing and with ShadowTribe able to use their names, he shouldn’t trust anyone but his own tribemates with his name. He hoped after all this has ended and there was peace again, that he really could tell the she-cat his real name. He definitely preferred that name over any other name. “Do you mind if I,” he hesitated, it was such a stupid question. For a moment, Nedaki was thinking of just dropping the question but his curiosity broke him. “Do you mind if I look at your tattoo? I’d love to see it in detail and up close. I promise I won’t harm you”

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla perked her ears at the question, nodding at the mention of his name. Odd name, She thought silently. She listened vigilently as he asked the odd question about her tattoo. The small Pink-Water, blinked, eyeing him with a hint of distrust but she nodded. She couldnt help but take cats for their promises. "Alright," She meowed, turning herself slightly so that the curved pink mark was facing the tom.Maybe I can make it glow, She focused on the water behind him, trying to make the droplets rise. She couldnt do it; she was still a kit, but yet her tattoo glowed from the effort, and as the marks creeped up her neck and circled her eye faintly, she felt a twinge of satisfaction.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/MoonFish Lake] The large brown tom’s eyes went huge as she allowed him and he nodded. “Thanks” he lowered himself, to look at her tattoo, his paws were kept under him, his claws still inside his paws, to show he meant he really, truly wasn’t going to hurt her. He looked closer at the different marking of his own before it glowed pink as she tried to do something, unknown to him. “Hey! Don’t tire yourself out! If I’m caught bringing you back to your tribe, I’ll be killed!” he meowed in alarm, afraid the kit really would pass out.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla watched the water ripple as she released it from her mental grip, feeling lightheadded as she let out a huff of relief. "Thanks," She breathed, turning her gaze back to the tom. "Why did you want to see my tattoo anyways?" She asked curiously. There was no malice in her gentle tone, simply a soft wondering. "Have you never met a Water Triber before?" Her eyes sparkled at the thought. Mostly because it meant that she would’ve looked extra awesome walking on the water as she had been doing before.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/MoonFish Lake] Nedaki smiled, mostly to himself as the kit calmed down, to keep herself from not fainting. “I don’t think so, when I was younger, I never paid attention to anything around me” the tom explained as he sat up straight. “So if I did, back then I didn’t care so I can’t remember” he shrugged. “besides, It’s cool seeing how the tattoo works” he looked around, no one was watching them and he brought his head closer to her ear. “I can show you mine, if you want” he whispered.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla glanced over her shoulder curiously at the tom. She was curiouse about Earth-Tribe tattoos, she did get around much. "Alright," She smirked with a curt nod, her blue gaze searching his shoudler for the tattoo. "It's not on the same shoulder mine is," She remarked with a curiouse tilt of her head, craning her neck and standing on her tippy toes, eager to see his mark.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/MoonFish Lake] “No, I guess not” he commented about it not being on the same shoulder. He noticied the young she-cat trying to see his shoulder and he laughed, laying down on his light brown belly fur, so she could see better. He was a rather large tom. “It’s two different colours, did your tribe ever tell you why?” he asked, waiting for her to answer. If she answered it correctly, then he’d show her how it looked when he was using his power.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] She looked over it with wide curiouse eyes, noding at the tom's basic question with a huff. "I may be a kit but even I know that," She chimed. "It starts to change colours when you're an apprentice because you're getting older," She mused, stretching a paw forwards and prodding at the older tom's shoulder. At least Earth-Tribe tattoos werent randomly gooey or somehting. That would be weird. But kinda funny. Just to be sure, she poked at it again. Nope. Not gooey. Good.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/MoonFish Lake] Nedaki watched what Kristla was doing, constantly pawing at him and he laughed. “Something about my tattoo amuse you?” he questioned, but didn’t wait for a response. He was an adolescent, not an apprentice, but he didn’t bother the kit about it. She’d learn eventually. Nedaki couldn’t wait till he was an adult, so that his tattoo would stop being half but he didn’t know how long that would be. The large Ocicat straightened up, before moving his paw forward and his tattoo glowed. Instead of it moving up to his eye, which is did, swirling like a flower, the design moved down his leg, all the way to his paw and even went slightly in the ground as the tom was focusing changing the growth of a plant. He smiled as the almost dying plant when down in slight age. Once happy with himself, Nedaki nodded and his tattoo faded, going back to how it was when it was inactive. He turned to the kitten. “So Silver, what do you think?”

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] She straightned up, watching with aw as he tampered with the earth. "I wish I could use my powers that well," She commented half to herself. The other feline seemed so at ease using his abilities, like they didnt tire him at all. Kristla raised her blue gaze to answer his questin with a smirk. "Your tattoo is cool,~" She chimed, wrapping her tail around her paws. The kit glanced around, suddenly a bit uneasy. "And you Earth-Tribers can control rocks and stuff, right?" She mused, wondering a bit more what the odd felines could do.

[Green-blue/Nedaki/MoonFish Lake] Nedaki watched with his green eyes as the kit, Silver, talked and talked, she seemed deeply interested. Finally, he shook his head. “Well, yes and no. It’s true that we can move rocks, but I am not that skilled yet. To use plants, seeds to be exact, on large plants takes a lot of energy for me” he explained, flicking his tail to the tiny plant he had used to show her. “This is nothing, so I was able to do it without even a flinch” he shrugged his shoulders before looking down at her, he smiled. “Well, you’ll get good at whatever your doing Silver, and so will I” he said with a quick, brief nod.

[Yellow - Water // Rui // Moonfish Lake] Rui was padding towards Moonfish lake when he heard the young cats talking. Interest perked he recognized the pink water from his own tribe. Kristla. He looked to the other one and was suprised to see that he was a green/blue earth tribe tom. For a moment, he didn't know what to do. The tom seemed friendly, and that was what made Rui to decide that he would be friendly as well. Polight, perhaps. Friendly was less likely. Still, if he could he would get to know the tom who was hanging out with kristla. "Hey you two what are you guys doing out here?" He purred, smiling warmly.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] The quiet Water-Triber smiled slightly at the thought. Her daze of thought was shattered as she jumped, whirling her head around to glance at another feline. She frowned slightly, tilting her head. He had a yellow Water-Tribe mark on his shoudler, meaning he was the deputy of her tribe. Yet she didnt remember ever meeting him. She glanced at her paws. "I was practicing my powers, sir." She meowed awkwardly, her gaze looking over the tall Yellow-Water with curiousity. Was he nice? He wasnt yelling, that was always a good start.

[Green-blue/Nadeki/MoonFish Lake] As someone approached Kristla from behind, Nadeki saw him and he narrowed his green eyes, baring his teeth and growling, thinking maybe the tom was going to hurt the kitten. After all, he had come out from behind and not coming to face both of them as one. His claws dug into the earth, ready to attack before he noticed something, seeming to be at the same time as Kristla. The tattoo was yellow, meaning he had to be the deputy. Nadeki stepped to the side to see his shoulder where he saw the same symbol as his new friend. WaterTribe huh? he thought in his head, his eyes still narrowed. Hope they aren’t trying to gang up on me, I mean, I’m standing alone here he dismissed the thought however and dipped his head, it was the right thing to do. He was planning on hurting a deputy, who was much stronger then him! “My deepest apologies” he meowed.

[Yellow - Water // Rui // Moonfish Lake] Rui looked at them both. For young cats they where both very polight. He smiled at them both, though he had to wonder if practising with a earth tribe tom was best. How ever he dismissed it for now, glad it was him finding the then someone who would tell Aujir or the leader herself. "There is no need to apologize you to have done nothing wrong as far as I can see. " he meowed hoping to have the two warm up to him.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla smirked, her whiskers still twitching nervously. When her new friend had been snarling, she had been worried for a second that he might attack the deputy. she didnt like fights, and the thought of one made her frown. However her expressions lightened as the Deputy smiled. He was kind, and she didnt think he would tell Ajuir on her. Her ears perked up. "Thank you, um, sir." She chimed. "For being nice. so many cats are letting the wars get to their heads, I dont get it," The kit sighed, slouching slightly at the bitter memory of Vitani yelling at her for making friends in the EarthTribe. Surely having friends isnt such a terrible thing?

[Green-Blue/Nadeki/MoonFish Lake] Nadeki smiled slightly, the tom wasn’t yelling at him for snarling and bristling, he could be somewhat relaxed again, but still, being around a deputy of another tribe made him slightly on edge. They were on opposite ends of the war, what if he suddenly attacked? They could cause a real fight between the two sides! Not just bickering! The thought of it made the large Ocicat back-stepped slightly. “Sir?” he repeated, looking at the kitten. “Silver, he’s of your tribe, deputy no less. Surely you know his name”

Yellow - Water // Rui // Moonfish Lake] Rui laughed at the two. "Well surely it wouldn't be good of me to get mad at you when I myself fell in love with a previous member of earth tribe. The war, how ever, is a sad thing. While your right you don't want it to rule your life I just made sure that while my mate was part of earth tribe I kept in mind that in time things I shared could be used against me... just in case... But of course we will do all we can to make sure that doesn't happen and I personally think if we all had relations and cats we cared about from every tribe fighting in a war would be harder... so perhaps it wouldn't happen." he meowed, then he turned to the green/blue tom. "And though I hope you won't use it against me my name is Rui. Can I ask your name adolesent earth tribe?" He asked.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla coughed, her face appaled and her cheeks turning a bright unnatural shade of pink. "We're not in love! We're hardly friends!" She huffed, riasing her chin. Although silently, she did think of the tom af a friend, she didnt feel the need to tell that to the her deputy. She blinked over at the Earth-triber, flicking her tail to answer his previouse quesiton. "Because maybe he doesnt want me saying his true name," shelied woth a graceful shrug, trying to hise the fact she didnt know the deputy's name.

[Green-blue/Nadeki/MoonFish Lake] Nadeki sighed, slowly shaking his head. The she-cat didn’t know his name but he didn’t tease her about it. He was more alarmed by the tom telling him his real name. “Rui…?” he smirked. “How do you know I won’t use it against you? I could, just to save my skin” he sighed though. This tom was the deputy, and he trusted him with his real name. How could be so stupid? Nadeki glanced at Silver. He was pretty close with her by now, and started to trust her and feeling an insecure pressure, he decided to tell. “I’m Nadeki”

Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla listened quietly, fiddling with her Quartz bracelet as she listened. She smirked crookedly, silently taking notes of everyones names. She wouldnt want to forget! Although Kristla felt ncomfortable having her name Almost pressured out of her, she was more destracted by the fact her deputy was so open about his. He must be very confident with his ability to keep himself safe she thought. She hated the thought of tossing away her true name just to anyone, so she kept her little yet surprisingly obnoxious yap shut as she trained her gaze to her bracelet.

[Green-blue/Nadeki/MoonFish Lake] Nadeki turned to see Kristla. “Silver” he meowed, turning to the kit. “Look, I rather like you, as a friend” he smiled at her. “But please, don’t tell anyone my name” he padded towards her gently pawing her. “Promise?” he asked.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] She smiled, Friends. "Promise," She nodded with a curt smile. "I wouldnt tell anyone unless you wanted me to," She reassured him, knowing she certanly wouldnt want anyone prancing around broadcasting her name.

[Green-blue/Nadeki/MoonFish Lake] Nadeki smiled a her, laughing chuckling and he nudged her to her paws. “Thanks a lot” he raised his head. “I better head off, my leader is probably worried where I am, or not” he chuckled, before looking down at her.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla frowned with another nod. "Alright," She meowed, wondering if she would see the adolescent Earth Triber again. Getting to her paws, she smirked. "Cya later, I best get going too," And with that, she trotted to the water's edge, hesitating with unease, but yet undettered, set her tattoo alight and started walking along the top of the water silently.

Green-blue/Nadeki/MoonFish Lake] Nadeki watched her go and he smiled, waving his tail. "I'll tell Flash you still have his bracelet!" he meowed, finally remembering why the thing she wore looked so familar. He turned on his paws, laughing to himself and padded away before running back to his own camp, his paws thudding hard against the ground as he ran.

[ Pink-Water / Kristla / MoonFish Lake ] Kristla glanced behind her, eyes wide. Wait, what had he said...? SPLASH, with her moment of loss concentration, her tattoo flickered and went out, and into the water she went. With an irritated cough, she turned and simply swam to the other shore, unable to stop herself from giggling along the way.
